WASHINGTON — On Tuesday, Speaker Mike Johnson and Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas had their first meeting in the U.S. Capitol.
They discussed ongoing challenges and areas of mutual security and economic cooperation, including support for Israel, the war in Ukraine, deterrence of coercive actors, and support for religious freedom.
Speaker Johnson and Prime Minister Kallas look forward to working together to maintain a strong defense of freedom and democracy at home and abroad.
